      The meeting of the Town of Glenmore Plan Commission was called to order at 7:30pm on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at the Glenmore Community Center by chair person Ann Schaefer.

      Jeff Jens reported the meeting had been posted and published.

      The January 10, 2012  minutes were read. Motion was made by Norb, second by Don to accept the minutes as read.

The meeting was opened to discuss a Certified Survey Map from Ken Boushka. Norb made a motion to open the meeting to allow Clerk Ossman to answer some questions the Plan Commission members were asking, second by Arleene, vote was unanimous to open. After discussion, Norb made a motion to go back to regular meeting, motion second by Arleene, vote was unanimous to return to regular meeting.  Clerk Ossman suggested making a copy of the voting slips with the comments for her.  Don made a motion to recommend to the Town Board to accept the Certified Survey Map as presented from Ken Boushka, motion second by Cindy. Vote was 7-YES.

            Recommendations will be forwarded to the Town Board.

Norb made a motion to adjourn, second by Cindy.
